The ECC is for the operation and maintenance of an existing 66kv Etunda – Calueque transmission line and Etunda substation. This transmission line is about 17 km in length was constructed with steel structures in 1991. The Etunda substation covers a footprint of 2311sqm. This Environmental Clearance Certificate will only cover the line (2.8 km) up to the boarders of Angola and Namibia.
