Farpoint Investments (Pty) Ltd (The proponent) has been allocated a 2 Ha / 20,000 m2 portion of farm 38 by the Walvis Bay Municipality on a 5 years lease agreement to establish a stock-holding site for dimension stone (marble and granite) and copper concentrate. The proposed site (lease 18) is located on a portion of Farm 38, registration Division F, south of the C14/ M36 Main Road. The site is found on the south-east of Walvis Bay town, wedged between Farms 19, 29,33 and 37, Farm 19 .
The proponent, SA and B Global Resources (SA&B) intends to spearhead the establishment of the Namibia International Convention Centre in Windhoek. The proposed project will oversee the establishment different sub-projects as part of the development proposal. Existing fuel storage depot in Okahandja.
This is a renewal application for the existing ECC for Bannerman's Etango Linear Infrastructure. The ECC will expire on 19 June 2022. Please find attached the Form 1. No changes have been done to the project, as Bannerman has not started to develop the infrastructure for the Etango Mine.
The ECC application is for the development of some identified land areas in Luderitz; under the proposed Flexible Land Tenure Scheme. This is in line with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012.

Farm Uithou No. 366 is a commercial beef production farm that has its productivity compromised by infestation of invader bush. The veld in most areas of the farm is degraded and is overgrown with undesirable bush encroachment species. Along with various other factors, this poses a serious threat to livestock farming. The farm owner reckons the importance of veld improvement through the introduction of bush control activities on the farm. The overall objective is to implement bush control measures on Farm Uithou to be able to maintain a relatively open area for livestock grazing.

The Renewal and Transfer of the ECC for the resuming and continued mining operations on Mining Claim No. 68793 north of Omatjete. During the pausing/halting of mining on the site, the ECC has since expired in 2018 and Mining Claim in 2020. Therefore, there has not been any work undertaken at the site (MC).

Tsumeb municipality intends to operate and manage a new landfill site in Tsumeb. in line with the Environmental regulations (EMA), an assessment was undertaken and an application for Environmental Clearance Certificate must be submitted for consideration. The proposed site measures about 18 hectare of land and is situated a portion 79 of Tsumeb farmland.
Tsumeb municipality intends to decommission its current dumpsite situated near Kuvukiland informal settlement on portion 39 of farm Tsumeb measuring approximately 17 Hectare. In terms of the Environmental Regulations, this type of activity forms part of the listed activities and an Environmental Clearance Certificate application must be submitted in order to comply with the EMA requirements.
