Mr. Sydney H. L. Goagoseb (herein referred to as the proponent), is a Namibia national and who ventures in exploration and mining. Mr. Goagoseb aims at prospecting and eventually developing mining ventures in respect to Industrial Mineral. Ringmen Investment (Pty) Ltd, provisionally acquired mineral rights over the project area on Mining Claims (MCs 74090 to 74098) for base and rare metals, industrial minerals and precious metals, from the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME). The project area (MCs 74090 to 74098) is located 43 km Southwest of Uis settlement accessible via C35 and D2342 gravel roads, Dâures Constituency in Erongo Region, western central Namibia. The project area covers state land gazetted as the Tsiseb (Hada-Huigu) conservancy by the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism in 2001.

Their aim is to take advantage of the opportunity for self-employment and job creation that exist in the mining sector of Namibia. Einekelo Investment CC seeks to operate their business activities within their two proposed EPLs (8388 and 8389) within the Khomas Regions, in respect to Base and Rare Metals, Industrial Minerals and Precious Metals.
Oxidation ponds, also called lagoons or stabilization ponds, are large, shallow ponds designed to treat wastewater through the interaction of sunlight, bacteria, and algae. Algae grow using energy from the sun and carbon dioxide and inorganic compounds released by bacteria in water. The Environmental Regulations procedure (GN 30 of 2012) stipulates that no construction of facilities for waste sites, treatment of waste and disposal of waste activities may be undertaken without an environmental clearance certificate. The proponent intends to renew the current certificate.

An amendment to the existing, approved ECC in the name of Arandis Power (Pty) Ltd to make provision for the changes to PV Power Plant component was requested in May 2022. A transferal was also requested, and the approved (amended) ECC was issued to TeraSun Energy (Pty) Ltd (for the operation of the PV Power Plant) in August 2022. This ECC is valid until 2023-09-08 and a request to renew the ECC will be actioned in due course.

Walvis Bay Cargo Terminal (Pty) Ltd (WBCT) proposes to construct a new warehouse on their site in the Port of Walvis Bay, which is managed by the Namibian Ports Authority (Namport). The proposed warehouse will be used to receive, handle, stockpile and reload copper concentrate for shipment when vessels are available.
