Proposed Mixed-Use Township Development in Henties Bay, Namibia Kandjumbi Construction and Plumbing CC is proposing to develop a mixed-use township on a 25-hectare site in Henties Bay, Namibia. The project will include 200 houses, a 3-star hotel, a shopping mall, institutional land use, and affordable student accommodations. The project is expected to create 350-450 permanent jobs and will be in line with the Henties Bay Zoning Scheme of 2021 and the Henties Bay structure plan.

The ECC is for the operation and maintenance of Ruacana Eha Lodge. Under the Environmental Management Act (Act 7 of 2007) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (2012), the activity described as "Tourism development activities" requires an Environmental Clearance Certificate. In 2020 NamPower obtained the Environmental Clearance Certificate for the operation and maintenance of Ruacana Eha Lodge.

Bonya Exploration (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Shali Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the proponent, has acquired mineral rights under the Exclusive Prospective Licence (EPL) 4458, located about 40 km west of the town of Aus in Kharas region within the Tsau //Khaeb Sperrgebiet National Park (TKSNP). The EPL 4458 was initially granted to Swedish Exploration in 2011, then later transferred to Bonya Exploration (Pty) Ltd in 2015.
ECC is for the proposed sand and gravel mining in the Schaaf River, Khomas Region.
Mr. Fanuel Fredrich, owns a portion of the communal land, located at Onaanda Village, Elim constituency in Omusati region. The land measures approximately 0.5 ha and was acquired through traditional tenure systems prior to the enactment of the Communal Land Reform Act (Act No. 5 of 2002). The land is currently occupied by a service station and convenience shop. Mr. Fanuel Fredrich intends to improve the commercial value of the property.
ECC is for the Continued Exploration Activities on Exclusive Prospecting Licence (EPL) Area 7402, Kunene and Otjozondjupa Regions.
Ogongo Campus is one of UNAM's campuses run by the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The Campus is situated approximately 800 km from the City of Windhoek and mid-way between Oshikuku and Outapi Townships along the C46 highway and roughly 50 kilometers from Oshakati. The campus is located close to some prominent tourist attractions, such as Ruacana Falls and Etosha National Park. Training at Ogongo focuses on Agriculture, Management of Natural Resources and Environmental Science. The Campus is on a 4,350-ha farm of which 1000 ha serves as a game park.
Okarundu is located approximately 30km south-east of Otjimbingwe and roughly 50 directly south of Karibib in the Erongo Region. The area is found in the Otjimbingwe communal area and is under the customary jurisdiction of the Tsoaxudaman Traditional Authority. Otjimbingwe has approximately 8,000 inhabitants, the area was already a temporary settlement of some Herero in the early 18th century. Chief Tjiponda coined the name Otjizingue (Otjiherero: refreshing place, referring to the natural spring) from which the settlement's name developed.
Van Dyk Petroleum is an existing fuel wholesale facility on erf 242, Grootfontein, in the Otjozondjupa Region. It stores and distributes fuel to local business in Grootfontein and to farmers in the area. Furthermore, fuel is also collected, transported and delivered, on behalf of members of the petroleum industry, to various bulk storage facilities and retail outlets in northern Namibia. For this purposes, one aboveground23 m3 steel tank, with concrete bunding, is present on site. Two small tanker trucks of the Proponent collect diesel from the tank for transport to clients.

The company purchases and stores diesel on a nearby site for their fleet, the diesel is sourced from Engen Namibia (Pty) Ltd. ENGEN Namibia (Pty) Ltd is a leading marketer of liquid fuels and lubricants in the country and aims to ensure that all their clients and facilities are compliant with the relevant environmental and industry legislation.
Ohorongo (Pty) Ltd. is one of the first of Namibia's cement manufacturers and owns one of the most modern cement plants in Africa. It was constructed over the course of two years by leading international engineering company Polysius, with local companies involved in the provision of infrastructure and the building of civil works, at a total initial investment of N$ 2.5 billion. Since then, the company invested further into a composite cement plant and a third packaging line, and a new depot in Ondangwa, bringing the total investment to date in excess of N$ 3 billion.
