Abstract:

Bonya Exploration (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Shali Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the proponent, has acquired mineral rights under the Exclusive Prospective Licence (EPL) 4458, located about 40 km west of the town of Aus in Kharas region within the Tsau //Khaeb Sperrgebiet National Park (TKSNP). The EPL 4458 was initially granted to Swedish Exploration in 2011, then later transferred to Bonya Exploration (Pty) Ltd in 2015. Bonya Exploration (Pty) Ltd, is prepared to continue with exploration activities on the property and thus it has amassed funds to carry out the planned exploration and mining activities during the following tenure on the EPL 4458, also known as the Kieshöhe project.
