The proposed minerals exploration for base & rare metals, dimension stone, industrial minerals and, precious metals within EPL 7564 near Okangwati, Kunene Region The provision of the listed activities are as follows: Mining and quarrying activities 3.1 The construction of facilities for any process or activities which requires a license, right, or other forms of authorization, and the renewal of a license, right, or any other form of authorization in terms of Minerals (Prospecting and Mining Act), 1992.
The proponent has been granted provisional rights to the Exclusive Prospecting License no 8325 pending an ECC. The ECC is therefore required to commence with exploration studies on the EPL and solidify the proponent's rights to the EPL.

The exploration and prospecting activities of the targeted commodities of EPL 8134 for base and rare metals, industrial minerals and precious metals. The Proponent intends to conduct mineral exploration activities within the EPL leading to the estimation and delineation of the target resources.

ECC renewal is required for the continued operations of Namibia Post Ltd's consumer fuel installation in Windhoek.
TotalEnergies EP Namibia B.V. ("TEEPNA") is applying to renew its ECC to continue with the previously assessed and approved activities, including appraisal well drilling in Block 2913B. TEEPNA and its partners hold an Exploration Right over Block 2913B.

Renewal of expired Environmental Impact Assessment Certificate. The EIA was issued before but has in the meantime expired. This application is therefore being made for a renewal of the certificate for the Environmental impact assessment for the proposed township establishment on portion 23 of Grootfontein Town and Townlands No. 814/Remainder.
Heyn Ohana Investments CC (The Proponent), has applied to the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) to be granted the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 8624. An application has been lodged on the 30th September 2021. However, the approval and granting of the EPL is subject to an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC), thus the "pending ECC" status on the mining cadastre portal. The area of the EPL is 19,731.9945 ha, and is located about 37.56 km from Witvlei in the Omaheke Region.
The Proponent intends to conduct small-scale mining activities on the MC's. The proposed development requires an Environmental Clearance Certificate to be issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT) before it occurs.

The proponent intends to carry out exploration of base and rare metals, dimension stone, industrial minerals, non-nuclear fuel minerals, precious metals and precious stones at EPL 7209 at Otjikondavirongo Village, Sesfontein Constituency, Kunene Region.
This ECC is for the proposed ext 1 and 2 Township development. The application is done to comply to the EMA Act and its regulations of 2012.
The environmental clearance certificate is for: 5.1 (d) The rezoning of land from - use for nature conservation or zoned open space to any other land use. The proponent intends to rezone Erf 836 (a Portion of Erf 113), Mariental from "Residential" with a density of 1:600 to "General Business" with a bulk of 1.0 to use the erf for business/offices purposes. The intended rezoning from "Residential" to "Business" with a bulk of 1.0 will enable the proponent to develop the property with a maximum floor area of 884m² on the rezoned property.

NamWater, supplies water to Henties Bay town and surrounding through the Henties Bay Water Supply Scheme (HWSS) with groundwater from the Omdel well field that is linked to the Omdel-Swakopmund Water Supply Scheme. Due to aging infrastructure and increased demand, NamWater has decided to upgrade the bulk water supply infrastructure for the HWSS. The proposed upgrading entails the replacement of the existing pipeline and the construction of a new ground level reservoir and associated infrastructure.
