Silicon Valley Mining CC (hereinafter referred to as the Proponent) has been granted an Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 10680 by the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME). The EPL covers an area of 4251.0374 hectares (ha), located approximately 15 km northwest of Otjiwarongo, in the Otjozondjupa Region as shown in (Figure 1). The EPL overlies the following farms: Omatjenne Nord No.21, Omatjenne No.20, Alfa No. 342, Erfdeel No. 342, Hoasas No. 16, Cleveland No. 17 and Nevada No. 15 shown in (Figure 2).

Red Enterprises (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) applied for an Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 10542 from the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME) on 18 September 2024. The EPL cover a surface area of 621.3769 hectares (ha) and is located near Witkop, //Kharas Region (Figure 1), and cover (overlies) Farm Platrand 154, and Border 155 (Figure 2). The commencement of exploration activities on the EPL requires an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC).

Steeltide Investment (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Proponent) has been granted an Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 10545 by the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME). The EPL cover an area of 6483.7384 hectares (ha), located approximately 27 km southwest of Otavi in the Otjozondjupa Region as shown in (Figure 1). The EPL overlies farms: Hoder No. 580, Ego No. 579, Egue No. 578, Siemenshof No. 576, Siemenshof West, Hester No. 562, Embla No. 561, Tirol No. 560, Gluecksburg No. 559, Hedwigshof and Okomukandi shown in (Figure 2).

Rachel Pretorius hereinafter referred to as the proponent intends to undertake the following activities: Permanent Closure of Erf A/3071 Okahandja Extension 6 as a "Public Open Space".

Omapipi Tageya Archaeological and Heritage Consultants cc (hereafter referred to as the Consultant), has been appointed by Mr. Laban Kandume (herein referred to as the Proponent) to undertake an environmental assessment process and obtain an environmental clearance certificate from the Environmental Commissioner on behalf of the latter for the proposed extraction of construction materials at remaining extent of farm Ongos No. 38, Windhoek district, Khomas Region, that belong to Mr. Laban Kandume.

The Proponent, Bliscan Resources CC aims to carry out small-scale exploration activities of Industrial Minerals on mining claims 76638, 76639, 76640, 76641, 76644, 76647, 76648, 76649, 76650 and 76651 in Hardap Region. The total size of the mining claims is 122.108 hectares in total. This proposed project is a listed activity in terms of the Environmental Management Act (EMA).

Mr Henk Carl Burger, hereinafter referred to as the proponent intends to undertake the following activities: Amendment of Title Conditions Erf 681 (A Portion of Erf No. 106), Uis, Erongo Region from "General Residential" to "Business" With A Bulk of 1.0.

Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Zhongzhenga Mining and Agricultural Technology (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No.10331. The 1468.3985 hectares EPL is located about 70 km north east of Utuseb in the Arandis constituency, Erongo region (see figure 1). The EPL (center coordinates; -22.979609263, 15.433317886) falls in the Namib - Naukluft Park (see figure 2).

Yongsheng Lithium Industry (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) has applied to the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME), to be granted the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 10697 on 01 April 2025. Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("the Consultant") was appointed to conduct an Environmental Scoping Assessment and submit the application to the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT) for consideration and the potential issuance of an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC).

Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Pandumatty Investment (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPLs) No.10316 and No. 10329. These EPLs have area sizes of 7857.8946 and 19756.2246 ha respectively and are located about 22 km and 12 km northwest from Omaruru, in the Omaruru constituency, Erongo region, Namibia (see Figure 1). Kala Minerals CC (The Proponent) applied for an Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No.11543 from the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME) on 01 April 2026. The covered area is prospective for Base & Rare Metals, Industrial Minerals, and Precious Stones, upon which detailed prospecting and exploration activities will be conducted. The tenement is situated near Oranjemund, in the //Kharas Region (Figure 1).

Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Cornerstone Mining (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No.10353. The 7964.5962 hectares EPL is located about 1 km east of Okombahe in the Omaruru and Daures constituencies, Erongo region (see figure 1). The EPL (center coordinates; -21.38423, 15.42713) overlies the Okombahe reserve no.139, Okombahe no. 112 and Kowab no. 117 (see figure 2).

Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Linghang Mining and Investment (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No.10701. The 7663.2338 hectares EPL is located about 44 km north-east of Utuseb in the Arandis constituency, Erongo region (see figure 1). The EPL (center coordinates; -22.982059512, 15.184105562) overlies the Namib – Naukluft Park.

Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Rosy Cooper Investment (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPLs) No. 11421 and No. 11425. These EPLs have area sizes of 33127.0953 and 29063.0034 ha respectively and are located about 45 km northwest from Sonneblom, in the Otjombinde constituency, Omaheke region, Namibia (see Figure 1).

Ndashiiva Sakeus Hamutenya (The Proponent) has applied to the Ministry of Environment, Tourism and Forestry (MEFT) to be granted an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) EPL 10510. Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed to act on behalf of the proponent in obtaining the ECC. The EPL is located about 68 km south west of Kamanjab, in Kunene Region. The EPL covers a total surface area of 19,999.5075 hectares (ha), overlaying the following farms: Grootberg No. 191, Estorff No. 600, Tafelberg No.

Dorob Resources CC (hereinafter referred to as the Proponent) has been granted an Exclusive Prospecting License (EPLs) No. 11152 and 10751 by the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME). EPL 11152 covers an area of 15657.3142 hectares (ha) and EPL 10751 covers an area of 18419.2113 hectares (ha). The license area is located approximately 18 km South of Otjiwarongo, in the Otjozondjupa Region as shown in (Figure 1).

Swakop Sand Miners Association (SSMA), hereinafter referred to as proponent, is a non-profit association established in terms of Section 21 by Sand Mining operators based along the coast in 2012. The SSMA members are engaged in the supply of building sand to the coastal towns of Henties Bay, Swakopmund and Walvis Bay.

Southern Africa Chlor Alkali (Pty) Ltd, is proposing the development of a Chlor Alkali plant in Walvis Bay in the Erongo Region. The primary purpose of this project is to locally produce essential industrial chemicals such as Chlorine, sodium hydroxide or caustic soda and hydrogen in order to reduce heavy reliance on expensive imports, particularly for mining, water treatment and manufacturing sectors. Southern Africa Desalination (Pty) Ltd, is proposing the development of a seawater desalination plant near Walvis Bay in the Erongo Region. Acacia Enviro Consulting Cc (the EAP) has been appointed by Tondoro Investment Cc (the Proponent) to act on her behalf in obtaining an Environmental Clearance Certificate to conduct exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) no 10553 near Rehoboth area, Hardap Region (Figure 1). Tondoro Investment Cc (the Proponent) was awarded a preparedness-to-grant letter from the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy on 08 October 2025.

The report has been prepared by Environmental Compliance Consultancy (Pty) Ltd (ECC) (Reg. No. 2022/0593) on behalf of the Proponent. Authored by ECC employees with no material interest in the report's outcome, ECC maintains independence from the Proponent and has no financial interest in the Project apart from fair remuneration for professional fees. Payment of fees is not contingent on the report's results or any government decision. ECC members or employees are not, and do not intend to be, employed by the Proponent, nor do they hold any shareholding in the Project.

Kasaya Mining cc (herein referred to as the proponent), is a fully registered company in Namibia with interest in the prospecting and mining of mineral ore. Their aim is to take advantage of the opportunity for local beneficiation of Namibia mineral resources and job creation that exist in the mining sector of Namibia. Oicintra Investment, wishes to apply to obtain an Environmental Clearance Certificate in order to comply with the prescribed environmental legislations of Namibia i.e. Environmental Management Act No. 7 of 2007 and its regulations.

Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Desertcore Mining CC (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No.10617.The 19762.7788 hectares EPL is located about 24 km north of Solitaire in the Windhoek rural constituency, Khomas region (see figure 1). The EPL (center coordinates; - 23.62668, 16.03598) overlies the following farms: Swrtkrans; farm no. 224, Ubib; farm no.396, and Middleplaas; farm no. 415 and Donkerhoek; farm no.

Rhino Resources Namibia Ltd (Rhino) and its Joint Venture (JV) partners, Azule Energy Exploration Angola Limited, NAMCOR and Korres Investments (Pty) Ltd, are the joint holders of a Petroleum Exploration Licence (PEL0085) over Block 2914A, located off the southern coast of Namibia. Rhino and its JV partners are proposing to undertake 3D seismic surveying activities across PEL0085/Block 2914A. The proposed project triggers a number of listed activities in terms of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations 2012, and as such requires an ECC before these activities can commence.
