Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Desertcore Mining CC (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No.10617.The 19762.7788 hectares EPL is located about 24 km north of Solitaire in the Windhoek rural constituency, Khomas region (see figure 1). The EPL (center coordinates; - 23.62668, 16.03598) overlies the following farms: Swrtkrans; farm no. 224, Ubib; farm no.396, and Middleplaas; farm no. 415 and Donkerhoek; farm no. 397 (see figure 2). The target commodities for prospecting and exploration are Base and rare metals, Dimension stone, Industrial Minerals, Nuclear Fuel Minerals, Precious Metals, Precious Stone and Semi - precious Stones.
