Red Enterprises (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) applied for an Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 10518 from the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME) on 06 September 2024. The EPL cover a surface area of 3159.1904 hectares (ha) and is located near Warmbad, //Kharas Region (Figure 1), and cover (overlies) Kinderzitt 132, and Umeis No. 110 (Figure 2). The commencement of exploration activities on the EPL requires an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC). The target commodities for this project are Base and Rare Metals, Dimension Stone, Industrial Minerals, Precious Metals, and Semi-Precious Stones.
