Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Cat Baraxe Exploration and Energy (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for the proposed small-scale mining activities on Mining Claims (MCs) No.76733 - No. 76734. These MCs have a combined area size of 32.2986 hectares and are located about 46 km north-east of Henties Bay in the Daures constituency, Erongo region (see figure 1). The MCs (center coordinates; - 21.85819, 14.63519) overlies the Tsieseb communal conservancy (see figure 2). The target commodity for the proposed mining activities is Dimensional Stone.
