Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Pandumatty Investment (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPLs) No.10316 and No. 10329. These EPLs have area sizes of 7857.8946 and 19756.2246 ha respectively and are located about 22 km and 12 km northwest from Omaruru, in the Omaruru constituency, Erongo region, Namibia (see Figure 1). EPL no. 10316 (center coordinates; -21.27936; 15.72029) overlies the following farms: namely, Gross Okandjou; farm no.187, Ehuiro; farm no. 120, Ohere; farm no. 106, Ohere East; farm no. 219, Etendero; farm no. 103 and Gross Otjumue; farm no. 220. While EPL no. 10329 (center coordinates; -21.28030, 15.84715) overlies the following farms: namely, Kompaneno; farm no.104, Piechazek; farm no. 238, Tjirundo; farm no. 91 and Kompaneno; farm no. 59 (see figure 2). The target commodities for prospecting and exploration are Base and Rare metals, Dimension Stone, Industrial Minerals and Precious metals.
