Abstract:

EIA has not yet appeared on EIA MEFT-Website. SleepOver Hotels Namibia (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the proponent intends to undertake the following activities: Rezoning Farm 521 of the Remainder of Portion 45 of the Remainder of Farm Keetmanshoop Town and Townlands No. 150 from "Light Industrial" to "Hospitality". The above development triggers listed activities in terms of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007) and Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (Government Notice No. 30 of 2012).
