Kasaya Mining cc (herein referred to as the proponent), is a fully registered company in Namibia with interest in the prospecting and mining of mineral ore. Their aim is to take advantage of the opportunity for local beneficiation of Namibia mineral resources and job creation that exist in the mining sector of Namibia. Oicintra Investment, wishes to apply to obtain an Environmental Clearance Certificate in order to comply with the prescribed environmental legislations of Namibia i.e. Environmental Management Act No. 7 of 2007 and its regulations.
