Dorob Resources CC (hereinafter referred to as the Proponent) has been granted an Exclusive Prospecting License (EPLs) No. 11152 and 10751 by the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME). EPL 11152 covers an area of 15657.3142 hectares (ha) and EPL 10751 covers an area of 18419.2113 hectares (ha). The license area is located approximately 18 km South of Otjiwarongo, in the Otjozondjupa Region as shown in (Figure 1). The EPL overlies the following farms: GoodHope/Rooibult, GoodHope/De Poort, Welgelegen No.303, Patagonia No.137, Okanjande No.145, Highlands No.311, Okatjemunde No.309, Phantom No.490 and Patagonia No.137 shown in (Figure 2). The Proponent intends to prospect for Base and Rare Metals, Dimension Stones, Industrial Minerals, Nuclear Fuel Minerals, Precious Metals and Semi-Precious Stones.
