Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Cornerstone Mining (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No.10353. The 7964.5962 hectares EPL is located about 1 km east of Okombahe in the Omaruru and Daures constituencies, Erongo region (see figure 1). The EPL (center coordinates; -21.38423, 15.42713) overlies the Okombahe reserve no.139, Okombahe no. 112 and Kowab no. 117 (see figure 2). The target commodities for prospecting and exploration are Base and Rare metals, Dimension Stone, Industrial Minerals, and Precious Metals.
