Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Rosy Cooper Investment (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPLs) No. 11421 and No. 11425. These EPLs have area sizes of 33127.0953 and 29063.0034 ha respectively and are located about 45 km northwest from Sonneblom, in the Otjombinde constituency, Omaheke region, Namibia (see Figure 1). These EPLs (center coordinates; -21.17476; 15.20.22326) overlies the Eiseb, Umuramba Ua Umbinda and Epukiro communal conservancy (see figure 2). The target commodities for prospecting and exploration are Base and Rare metals and Precious metals.
