The applicant intends to continue to explore the project area through non-invasive and invasive methods to determine if viable mineral deposits exist. It is foreseen that the exploration will include field mapping, surveying, literature review (non-invasive), drilling (invasive), trenching (invasive), Sampling, Analysis, Geological Modelling and Resource Estimation (non-invasive) over a period of an initial period of 3 years. The invasive activities would comprise digging of trenches and drilling of surface boreholes spaced from each other.

The application is for the renewal of the ECC for The continued operation of the 5 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant and its associated 66 kV Powerline and Access Road next to the NamPower Substation at Okatope, Engoyi Village, Oshikoto Region, Namibia. The application is made to comply to the EMA Act No 7 of 2007, and its regulations of 2013.
The application is made for the ECC renewal of the continued operation of the NCF Energy 5 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant and its associated 66 kV Powerline and Access Road next to the NamPower Substation at Okatope, Engoyi Village, Oshikoto Region, Namibia. The application is made in order to comply with the EMA Act no7 of 2007, and its regulations of 2012.
Under the Environmental Management Act (Act 7 of 2007) section 27 the activity described as "energy distribution, transmission and generation" requires an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) as it is a listed activity. In 2022, NamPower obtained an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the operation and maintenance of operation and maintenance of existing 220kv Walmund - Kuiseb and 132 Kuiseb - Walvis Bay 1 and 2 Transmission lines Including Kuiseb and Walmund Substations and other associated infrastructures in Erongo Region.
Under the Environmental Management Act (Act 7 of 2007) section 27 the activity described as "energy distribution, transmission and generation" requires an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) as it is a listed activity. In 2022 NamPower obtained the Environmental Clearance Certificate for the operation and maintenance of the Gerus Transmission Station. NamPower would therefore like to apply for the renewal of the ECC for the Gerus Transmission Station to comply with the Environmental Management Act (Act 7 of 2007) and its regulations.
The project at Epembe, Ohangwena Region, Namibia, involves the development of a new secondary school by the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture, designed to accommodate up to 600 learners, including a hostel and teacher housing, on a 20-hectare site located at 17°47'00"S, 16°27'00"E.

To comply to operate Nambwa Tented Lodge at Kwando Core Area within Bwabwata National Park. NAMBWA TENTED LODGE at KWANDO CORE AREA within BWABWATA NATIONAL PARK Nambwa Tented Lodge is one of African Monarch Lodges (AML), which is situated on the western banks of the Kwando River wetland ecosystem, within the Kwando Core Area of Bwabwata national park (BNP).
TradePort Namibia (Pty) Ltd (herein referred to as the proponent) is a registered Namibian company, which ventures in the Import and Export Trade Operations that mainly entails the transportation, handling and storage of fuel and mineral ore. Currently, TradePort Namibia maintains operations (fleet of trucks and skips, warehouse and Transshipment) consisting of haulage and storage of up to 80 000 tons of Manganese, Iron ore and other commodities (Gypsum, Diesel, Fertilizer and Lime) along the Trans-Oranje Corridor through Lüderitz Port.
HAFA PEAK INVESTMENTS CC has identified an opportunity to establish a fertiliser factory that will enable the reduction in price and lead time for this critical product, it also opens up the market for supplying the rest of the SADC regional countries such as Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe, DRC, Botswana etc. with a more affordable product in a shorter time. HAFA PEAK uses newest technology known as Tetanti Agribiotech (TTT) to manufacture the fertiliser.

The town of Swakopmund is one of the towns in Namibia that is faced with severe housing crisis driven by continuous influx of people. The rapid urbanization and increase in informal settlements in the town highlight a significant need for affordable and decent housing. In response to this, the Municipality of Swakopmund has planned to establish new township developments for low, medium and high-density residential developments as well as for commercial developments (business and industrial).
