The Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) a section 21 company engaged in education, research, and Conservation activities wishes to register the CCF Bush PTY LTD, a company owned by the Cheetah Conservation Fund. CCF Bush PTY LTD will source acacia bush biomass from the CCF farms that are registered under the Forest stewardship council's (FSC) SLIMF certification scheme since 2005. odestone Namibia (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) intends to conduct prospecting and exploration activities on the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPLs) No. 4265, 7847 and 8440, located near Dordabis Settlement in the Khomas Region. The Proponent has been granted exploration tenure on the EPLs 4265 and 7847 from 04 February 2010 (both) to 15 January, 2022 and 27 July, 2023, respectively. The EPLs 4265, 7847 and 8440 are located about 4.84 km northwest of Dordabis and cover a combined surface area of 15 712.2184 ha.
The ECC is for the establishment and operation of a self-catering tent lodge in the Sikunga Conservancy.
Karas regional council wishes to establish townships within Aussenkehr, in order for the Planning Board to approve the Township Establishments, an clearance certificate is required.

Construction of the school infrastructure.
Cubia Green Fields cc (herein after referred to as "the proponent") has since 2016, been operating an aquaculture (freshwater fish) farm and vegetable garden at Okashaningwa village in the Ruacana constituency of Omusati Region. The farm currently has 1 pond measuring about 2800 m² on average and has a potential to stocked up-to 1000 Catfish or 15000 Tilapia. The plan is to have 8 ponds with measurement of 2800 m² on Average. Hence, seven (7) more additional ponds will be constructed.
Peter Tshilumbu Tsheehama Gardening Project is a community gardening project that is situated in Oshikuku, Omusati region and it is operated by nine people (eight women and one women). The project requires an ECC to accompany the application for the leasehold certificate to Omusati region landboard.
Peace Garden Investments (PTY) Ltd., intends to construct and operate a fuel retail station and truck port on Portion 35 of Eenhana Townlands No. 859. The proposed development site is still undermined, hence Town Planning procedures will be applied for the subdivision of Eenhana Townlands No.859 into portion 35 and Remainder. The intended development entails the construction for a fuel retail station dispensing Diesel and Unleaded Petrol, a Convenient shop selling a variety of lubricants and food items and a truck port consisting of a parking and wash bay.

Omuhoongo Investments cc realised an investment opportunity and successfully approached the Henties Bay Municipality to allocate them a portion of land to carry out the Township Establishment of Hentiesbaai Extension 15. In compliance with the legal requirements Omuhoongo Investments has obtained an ECC for their development in 2017. This ECC is now up for renewal and Omuhoongo Investments has appointed Environam Consultants Trading (ECT) to undertake the process of applying for the renewal on their behalf.
Southern Africa Railway (Pty) Ltd (SAR) owns and operates an aggregate processing plant situated on ERF 1501, Extension 6, Karibib, in the Erongo Region. In terms of section 27 of the Environmental Management Act, 2007 (Act 7 of 2007) listed activities may not be undertaken without an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC). While operations on site have commenced SAR has been advised to obtain an ECC in compliance with the legal requirements.

Dear Madam/Sir this is a renewal application for the existing ECC for Bannerman's Etango Project. The ECC will expire on 10 October 2021. Please find attached the Form 1. No changes have been done to the project, as Bannerman has not started to develop the mine.
Renewal application for an Environmental Clearance Certificate for the existing bush thinning and charcoal production for the registered Jumbo Charcoal Group Scheme Members in Namibia. As the environmental clearance application is for a Group Scheme whose members are constantly changing, the EMP report presents a strategic document providing the environmental framework for units to follow and comply with.
The ECC is for the operation and maintenance of the 66kV Otjikoto - Tsumeb Power line. The 66kV Otjikoto– Tsumeb line was constructed prior to the commencement of the Environmental Management Act and its regulation, as a result there was no environmental impact assessment study conducted for the project prior to its development. It is therefore against this background that NamPower intends to apply for the operational Environmental Clearance Certificate in order to comply to the Management Act (Act 7 of 2007) and its regulations.

It was agreed that a full EIA is not required due to the fact that it is existing roads and existing borrow pits to be used for the proposed project. The Proponent plans to conduct small scale exploration for economical minerals on the MCs. An Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) is required in order for exploration activity to occur on MCs 69867 and 69868. Prospecting and mining form part of the listed activities that may not be undertaken without an ECC being issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT) upon submission of an Environmental Assessment Report (EAR) and draft Environmental Management Plan (EMP).

The target commodity on the MCs is semi-precious stones (Garnet).
