Renewal of ECC (a) The rezoning of land from residential use to commercial use; (also the rezoning of the entire portion to residential, commercial, "road", etc. (b) The construction of public roads (c) The route determination of roads and design of associated physical infrastructure where - it is a public road; (c)The construction of a bulk water supply line. All these items are considered in this process in an integrated way as one development. Even though not in the act, note the clearance of the tannery ponds for construction of residential units. Renewal of ECC granted in 2017, no construction or implementation has taken place, therefore all the previous documents are applicable.
