Grande Mining (Pty) Ltd to operate their business activities within their proposed Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPL No. 9835) in the Otjozondjupa Region, in in respect to Base and Rare Metals, Dimension Stone, Industrial Minerals and Precious Metals.
The proposed prospecting and exploration activities for base and rare metals, dimension stone, industrial minerals, nuclear fuel minerals and precious metals the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 9778 located northeast of Okangwati, in Kunene Region, Namibia.
Penetrated Investment CC, is a fully registered company in Namibia with interest in the prospecting and mining of mineral ore such as Dimension Stone, Base and Rare Metal, Industrial Minerals and Precious Metals. The proposed exploration activities mainly consist of the following prospecting activities focused on operations: - Geological mapping: this mainly entails a desktop review of geological area maps and ground observations. - Lithology geochemical surveys: rock samples shall be collected and taken for trace element analysis.
Maranatha Hatchery Enterprises (Pty) Ltd has established and operates a rearing and laying facility on a Portion of the remainder of Portion 812 of Farm Stampried 132, located in Stampriet within the Hardap Region of Namibia. The operation is built upon a foundation of clearly defined, physically separated rearing and production phases, a model designed to uphold stringent biosecurity and maintain genetic integrity.
Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed by Armasi Mining (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) to act on their behalf in obtaining the Environmental Clearence Certificate (ECC) for prospecting and exploration activities on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 8702. Manschaft Mining and Energy CC (The Proponent) have applied to the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME), to be granted the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 10555 on 24 September 2024. Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed to act on behalf of the proponent in obtaining the Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) from the Ministry of Environment, Forestry & Tourism (MEFT). The EPLs overlies Okongoro, Orupupa, Otjindjerese and Otuzemba conservancies. EPL No. 9312 covers an area of 54,145.3286 hectares (ha) and EPL No.
Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC Namibia or the Proponent) proposes to construct a 25m high lattice (free-standing) telecommunication tower on Erf 3973 of Extension 4 in Nkurenkuru Town at these GPS coordinates: -17.645500 18.586111 (Figure 1-1 ). The proposed site is located just near the edge of the Townland boundaries, and about 1km southwest of the Elcin Nkurenkuru High School. The proposed tower site will cover a surface area of about 144m2 (12m by 12m) and host 3x dual-band antennas and 1x microwave dish. The site is internally referred to by MTC Namibia as Nkurenkuru Ex.
The ECC renewal application is for the continued operations of the fuel retail facility. This is done in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012.
The proposed Algae farming and refinery for production of Biofuel and Crude Algae Oil (CAO), Portion X, Henties Bay State Land (within Dorob National Park), Erongo Region, Namibia requires an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) in terms of the Environmental Management Act (Act No. 7 of 2007) and its Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (2012) due to the following: Scale of the Development: The project covers approximately 28,224 hectares, qualifying as a large-scale development with the potential to significantly alter the physical environment.
The Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) is required to support the proposed subdivision of Erf 738, Walvis Bay, and the creation of a private right-of-way servitude. Although these activities are not listed under the Environmental Management Act, 2007 (Act No. 7 of 2007) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (2012), the ECC application serves to formally register the project with the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT) and to enable the Competent Authority to screen the development.

The applicant wishes to apply and obtain an Environmental clearance, this clearance will allow Mining work on the Mining Claim No. 71544. The primary interest will be to seek for dimension stone (Marble) mineral group within the license area. Under the 2012 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations of the Environmental Management Act (EMA) (Act No. 7 of 2007) the Government has made a list of projects which need an environmental clearance like mining, thermal power plants, infrastructure etc.
Screening of listed activities potentially triggered by the project include: Listed activity as defined by the Regulations of the EMA Screening findings and relevance to the Project Energy generation and transmission and storage activities 1. The construction of facilities (a) Generation of electricity (b) the transmission and supply of electricity; Energy will be supplied to the development by NamPower through a new reticulation system. Photovoltaic (PV)-battery systems may be built to generate additional energy for the development.
The ECC application is for the proposed continued operations of the site. The site was previously operated by Total Namibia (Pty) Ltd, however GM Service Station CC has since taken the site over. GM Service Station CC as the proponent and current operator intends to have the ECC previously issued to Total Namibia (Pty) Ltd, transferred into its name. The application is done in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012.
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE TREATMENT, HANDLING AND STORAGE 9.1 The manufacturing, storage, handling or processing of a hazardous substance defined in the Hazardous Substances Ordinance, 1974. 9.2 Any process or activity which requires a permit, licence or other form of authorisation, or the modification of or changes to existing facilities for any process or activity which requires an amendment of an existing permit, licence or authorisation or which requires a new permit, licence or authorisation in terms of a law governing the generation or release of emissions, pollution, effluent or waste.
