LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES The rezoning of land from residential use to industrial or commercial use; INFRASTRUCTURE The construction of: - Public roads. The route determination of roads and design of associated physical infrastructure where: - It is a public road; - The road reserve is wider than 30 meters; - The road caters for more than one lane of traffic in both directions.
