The construction of facilities for - (b) the transmission and supply of electricity. Land Use and development activities 5.1 The rezoning of land from: (d) Use for nature conservation or zoned open space to any other land use. And for this application, Portion A (A Portion of Erf No. 3785) Narraville Extension 7, Walvis Bay is to be rezoned from "Public Open Space" to "Utility Services", to allow for the construction of a substation for the transmission and supply of electricity.
