6 Nov 2009 ECC granted For the Omeya Golf Estate - This application is for the renewal and transfer of the ECC to Omeya Infrastructure Company, for the operation of the Omeya Residential and Golf Estate Infrastructure. The Following Listed activities are applicable: Construction of public roads network (public roads for the estate), now in operation Construction of domestic waste water treatment plants (in operation) Groundwater abstraction for domestic, industrial or commercial purposes Facilities for waste sites, treatment and disposal of waste Construction of facilities for transmission and supply of electricity Waste water treatment plant.
