Abstract:

The ECC is for the Subdivision of Erf 740, Omulunga Extension 2, Grootfontein, into Erf A, Erf B, and RE/740; closure of Erf A and B as "Private Open Space"; rezoning Erf A to 'General Business' and Erf B to 'Street', Grootfontein, Otjozondjupa Region which triggers: - Activity 5.1 (d) The rezoning of land from use for nature conservation or zoned open space to any other land use. - Activity 10.1 (b) The construction of public roads. - Activity 10.2 (a) The route determination of roads and design of associated physical infrastructure where it is a public road.
