The Proponent (Broadmind Mining (Pty) Ltd) intends to apply for a 44326.91 hectares Mining License (ML) area within the EPL 6688 to undertake rare-earth metals and associated minerals mining, processing (beneficiation) and ongoing exploration activities.

The proposed storage of bulk refined petroleum products is the core business activity of the Proponent and focused on 10ppm and 50ppm diesel, fuel additives, and unleaded fuel and petroleum products (trading and supply).

During the seismic survey, the generated seismic wave travels into the earth and get reflected by various rock layers of the subsurface formations and returns to the surface where it is recorded by receivers called geophones which are like microphones.
Bohale Investment cc (herein referred to as the Proponent, ), a sister company of BC Stone Products (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd and Best Cheer Investments Namibia) intends to apply to obtain an Environmental Clearance Certificate for the establishment of a second marble quarry within its Dimension Stone mineral right on ML No. 190 totaling an area of 3986 Ha. The Proponent (Foresight Group Namibia (FGN) (Pty) Ltd is applying for the renewal of the Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) with respect to the proposed Mwale Mwiya Park Development on Erfs Nos. 5798 to 5867 and Erf 1014 Remainder, Old Musika Area, Katima Mulilo Town Centre, Zambezi Region. The proposed Mwale Mwiya Park Development is centred on an artificial lake with islands and canals covering the current Old Musika flood canal or swamp zone within the project area.
The renewed ECC is required by the Proponent (Namibia Nuclear Corporation (Pty) Ltd) with respect to the ongoing and proposed mining and exploration activities in the Mining License (ML) No. 121. Namibia Nuclear Corporation (Pty) Ltd (the Proponent) holds minerals rights under the Mining License (ML) No. 121. The 3534.5885 Ha ML No. 121 area was granted on 04/06/2017 and will expire on the 04/06/2027. The ML No. 121 is granted for base and rare metals, dimension stone, industrial minerals, nuclear fuels minerals and precious metals.
