Abstract:

Mariental Agrimark fuel retail facility has been in operation for over 10 years, however the proponent has no record of an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the site. As a result, the proponent seeks to submit an application for an ECC, in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations.
