Abstract:

The ECC is required to undertake a listed activity namely Activity No.5.1 (a) land use and development. The promoter would like to undertake town planning activities involving the subdivision and rezoning of Portion X of Farm Divundu Townlands No. 1362, from 'undetermined' to 'business' with a bulk of 1.0. Portion X measures about 40 000 square meters (about 4 hectares).
