Abstract:
The proponent has been granted a letter of intent by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy to construct and to operate a fuel retail outlet at Omuntele - a big village in the Oshikoto Region serving as one of the electoral constituencies in the region. in terms of the Environmental Management Act and related regulations a fuel retail outlet is a listed activity for which an ECC is a requirement.
