The proponent, Grey Thorn Nature Estate intends to establish a nature estate development to be known as Grey Thorn Nature Estate. The proposed development site is Portion A of Portion 124 of Farm Ondekaremba No.78 in Windhoek, Khomas region. The property is currently zoned for Agricultural purposes; hence town planning procedures will be applied for the rezoning of the property to the appropriate land use zone in terms of the Kapps Farm Town Planning scheme to enable the proposed activities.
