The industrial activities that will be conducted on each Erf or Plot has not been defined yet. The development has triggered activities for which an ECC is mandatory - rezoning, installation of bulk services, etc. The project was not implemented during the validity of the ECC, however, the proprietor would like to keep the ECC valid and active with a view to proceed with implementation as and when the conditions in the market improves.
