All the necessary documents (including the updated EMP, consent from the town council, factual laboratory test results, etc.) requested by the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism in support of this ECC renewal, ownership transfer and scope amendment were already submitted to the DEAF on 15 March 2022.
