This Issues Paper provides a brief overview of the main issues and aspects of importance in the establishment of sustainable biomass fuel arrangements from local invader bush that can supply large-scale users such as a biomass-fuelled power plant and/or similar industrial-scale off-takers, and presents recommendations on the way forward.
