This application is for the development of Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia Production Facilities and associated internal infrastructure within the proposed Zero Carbon - Net Zero Industrial Park at Arandis Townlands, Erongo Region. It represents a refined and unbundled ESIA from the initial submission under: Application Ref: 241018004834 The ESIA is undertaken in accordance with the Environmental Management Act (2007) and EIA Regulations (2012). The scope includes: Hydrogen production (electrolysis); Ammonia production (synthesis); Associated internal infrastructure The project forms part of a broader integrated industrial development, which also includes solar and wind energy generation facilities, as well as a locomotive and railway infrastructure component, for which Environmental Clearance Certificates have been obtained or are being processed separately. In line with the Environmental Commissioner's directive, chemical storage and bulk water infrastructure are excluded and are being assessed under separate ESIA processes.
