Abstract:

The proponent, Khan Muhammed Khan, intends to undertake the extension of the Okahandja Local Authority Bound ary to include Portion 29 (a Portion of Portion 7) of the Consolidated Farm Okahandja Townlands No. 277, situated ap proximately 8 km north of Okahandja along the B1 Road towards Otjiwarongo. The proposed development includes the subdivision of Portion 29 into Portion A and the Remainder and the subsequent subdivision of Portion A into individual erven with a 15 m right-of-way servitude, and the allocation of various land uses comprising residential, public open space and general business.
