The Helao Nafidi Town Council hereinafter referred to as the proponent intends to undertake the following activities: Subdivision of the Remainder of the Farm Helao Nafidi Town and Townlands No. 997 into Portion A and Remainder; Layout approval and Township Establishment on Portion A of the Farm Helao Nafidi Town and Townlands No. 997 to become known as Olunghono Proper.
