The ECC is for the Gibeon Scheme Upgrade which entails an upgrade and automation of the system and a full replacement of the existing 53.3 km bulk pipeline with M-PVC pipe (DN200 for the first 40 km, DN160 for the remaining 13.2 km) in Gibeon.
