Abstract:

The ECC is required to allow these town planning steps in the town of Lüderitz, Karas Region: (1) subdivision of Farm Lüderitz Town and Townlands No. 11 into three portions - (Portion A, Portion B and Portion C) and Remainder (2) rezoning of the three portions from "undetermined" to "industrial" for Portions A and B and from "undetermined" to "street road" for Portion C, and (3) installation of bulk services, i.e. potable water, electricity, sewerage system, street roads including drilling and blasting to level the rocky terrain.
