Abstract:

Due to the town planning and cadastral processes being applied for this year, the Municipal council letter dated 30/04/2024 states that the applicant obtains the Environmental Clearance Certificate from the Environmental Commissioner for the creation of the street, prior to the submission of the subdivision application to the Urban and Regional Planning Board.
