New Application for Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) to support the construction and operation of a Proposed 10 – 50 MW Photovoltaic Solar Power Plant near Otjiwarongo, Namibia. The project will be developed in phases, starting with a 10MW capacity and eventually ramped up to 50MW capacity.
