The following justifications support our request for exemption: 1. Minimal Environmental Impact – The project will not require any clearing of trees or major land modifications, as it will be implemented within an already established village setting. Sustainable Water Use – The borehole is intended for basic human needs and small-scale agricultural use, aligning with sustainable resource management principles. 2.
