Albertina Itana (The Proponent) has applied to the Ministry of Environment, Tourism and Forestry (MEFT) to be granted an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the Application of an Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 9101. Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed to act on behalf of the proponent in obtaining the ECC. The EPL covers a total surface area of 1776.3414 hectares (ha), located about 110 km North-West of Uis in Dorob National Park in Erongo region as shown in (Figure 1). The target commodity on the EPL Base and Rare Metals, Dimension Stone, Industrial Minerals, and Precious Metals. The EPL is located in the Dorobo National Park (Figure 1).
