The ECC is for the subdivision of Erf 2710, Swakopmund Ext. No.8 into portion A and Remainder, the Closure of Proposed Portion A as a Public Open Space and the rezoning of Portion A to Parastatal. The subdivision is to create a separate erf for an existing Electrical Substation on Erf 2710.
