Environmental Compliance Consultancy (Pty) Ltd (ECC) has been engaged by CMB.TECH Namibia (Pty) Ltd (hereto referred to as CMB.TECH or "the Proponent") as the environmental assessment practitioner (EAP) to conduct an environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) and develop an environmental and social management plan (ESMP) for the proposed construction and operation of a green ammonia plant (hereto referred to as the "Project").

The Oranjemund Town Council hereinafter referred to as the proponent intends to undertake the following activities: Permanent Closure of the Remainder of Erf 1173, Oranjemund Extension 3, as a "Public Open Space"; Rezoning of the Remainder of Erf 1173, Oranjemund Extension 3, from "Public Open Space" to "Special" for a Dome development and support operations. The above development triggers listed activities in terms of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007) and Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (Government Notice No. 30 of 2012).

The proposed development entails the rezoning of Erf 3685 from General Residential to Business with a bulk factor of 1.0 to allow for future business-related development. The property is currently vacant/underutilised and is located within an established urban area comprising residential and commercial land uses. The proposed rezoning will permit business activities such as offices, retail, and service-related enterprises, subject to municipal approval.

Tsumeb Gymnasium proposes to alter the township boundaries of Tsumeb Proper and Tsumeb Extension 13 to establish dedicated teacher housing. The statutory process requires the rezoning, consolidation, and subdivision of the affected parcels to ensure full compliance with the Tsumeb Zoning Scheme regulations. Institutionally, housing educators adjacent to the campus increases their availability for after school activities, extra classes, and hostel supervision, directly reinforcing the school's academic and operational framework.

The Proponent intends to formalise the Sonder Water Informal Settlement, which is currently situated on a portion of Erf 1, Klein Aub, land that was originally designated for cemetery purposes. The settlement currently accommodates approximately 120 households and has developed in an unplanned manner, resulting in challenges related to insecure land tenure, limited access to basic municipal services, unregulated development, and fragmented spatial growth.

Green Earth Environmental Consultants have been appointed by Hochland 7191 (Pty) Ltd, the Proponent, to attend to and complete an Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) to obtain an Environmental Clearance Certificate as per the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (GN 30 in GG 4878 of 6 February 2012) to close Portion A of the Remainder of Erf 294, Otjiwarongo, Ozondjupa Region as ‘public open space’ and rezone Portion A to 'general business'.

Tutaleni Louisa Jona, hereinafter referred to as the proponent, intends to undertake the following activities: Subdivision of Erf 1376, Benguela Extension 1 into Erf A/1376 and Remainder, Permanent closure of Erf A/1376, Benguela Extension 1 as a "Public Open Space", Consolidation of Erf A/1376, Benguela Extension 1 and Erf 1074, Benguela Extension 1 into consolidated Erf X.

Mr and Mrs Agenbach hereinafter referred to as the proponent intends to undertake the following activities: Layout approval and township establishment on the Farm Schneidenberg No. 205 to become known as Okahandja Extension 20; Registration of a 15m wide Right of Way Servitude over the Farm Okahandja Town and Townlands No. 277 in favour of the proposed Okahandja Extension 20.

Wesbank Transport, a division of FP du Toit (Pty) Ltd (the Proponent) intends to construct a new purpose-built warehouse for the storage and handling of general, industrial and potentially hazardous cargo on Portion 5 of the Remainder of Farm 38, Walvis Bay, Erongo Region (Figure 1). The cargo will be both exported out and imported into Namibia. The Proponent will provide their services for both Namibian and other southern African clients. All infrastructure for operations must still be constructed.

EPL No. 10831 (center coordinates; -21. 080005, 15.05272) overlays Otjihorongo Reserve in the Otjimboyo communal conservancy.

Dangote Industries Namibia (Pty) Ltd (the Proponent) intends to apply for the subdivision of Farm 58, Walvis Bay, into Portions A-F (Dangote portions), Portion G (Street), Portion H and Remainder/58 (Municipality) to prepare for the establishment of a strategic petroleum storage facility on about 70 hectares (678,912 m²) of industrial land situated on Farm 58 in Walvis Bay (the development).

Hanvina Investment cc (The Proponent) has applied to the Ministry of Environment, Tourism and Forestry (MEFT) to be granted an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 10101. Excel Dynamic Solutions (Pty) Ltd (The Consultant) was appointed to act on behalf of the proponent in obtaining the ECC. The EPL is located about 30 km south east of Khorixas, in Kunene Region and covers a total surface area of 265169.96 hectares (ha) as shown in (Figure 1).

Africa Big Rhino Mining (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) have applied to the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME) to be granted the right to mine for dimension stone (Mable) on Mining Licence (ML) 281. However, prior to granting the approval of the application and subsequent granting of the mining rights, the ML is subjected to an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC), Hence an Environmental Impact Assessment study should be conducted. The 1788.6542 hectare (ha) ML is located northeast of Karibib (Figure 1), overlaying farm Okawayo (Figure 2).

SS CONSULTANTS CC (hereafter referred to as the Consultant), an independent mineral resource and environmental consulting company has been appointed by Mr. Naftal Shailemo herein referred to as the Proponent) to undertake an environmental assessment process and obtain an environmental clearance certificate from the Environmental Commissioner on behalf of the latter for the proposed mineral exploration activities on EPL No. 9896.

The proponent, Andreas Nghikeno Kalimbo, has applied for mining claims, namely 75626 and 75628 with the Ministry of Mines and Energy. The applicant intends to mine dimension stones (Marble).
