RFM Consulting 2026. Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and Management Plan for the Kavango Link to Secure Water Supply to the Central Area of Namibia.

EIA has not yet appeared on EIA MEFT-Website. The Central Areas of Namibia (CAN) form the country's main economic and administrative hub, encompassing the capital Windhoek and surrounding urban, industrial, and agricultural zones that collectively generate approximately 70 percent of the national GDP. This area of the country faces an escalating water crisis driven by rapid population growth, urban expansion, and increased industrial demand, compounded by recurrent droughts and declining yields from local aquifers.
