The Proponent, Osino Gold Exploration and Mining (Pty) Ltd is applying for renewal of Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) No. 00553 granted on the 23 January 2022 and expired on the 23 January 2025 and need to be renewed. Osino Gold Exploration and Mining (Pty) Ltd intend to continue with exploration activities covering desktop studies, followed by field-based regional and detailed site-specific explorations activities using techniques such as geophysical surveys, geological mapping, trenching, drilling and bulk sampling.

We hereby submit a formal request to split the Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) No. 23000587 which is due for expiration in July 2026 during the upcoming renewal application process. The recent Compliance Order issued to Manica Group Namibia Pty Ltd (MGN) on 29 November 2024; brought a realisation that having only one ECC for all facilities provides a challenging working environment because an error at one facility adversely affects operations/services at other facilities.

The Proponent, Zhonghe Resources (Namibia) Development (Pty) Ltd, is applying for the renewal of Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) No. 02029 with respect to the proposed uranium mining and ongoing exploration operations in the Mining License (ML) No. 177. The ECC No. 02029 was granted on the 2 March 2022 and expired on the 2 March 2025.

The applicant intends to explore the project area through non-invasive and invasive methods to determine if viable mineral deposits exist. It is foreseen that the exploration will include field mapping, surveying, literature review (non-invasive), drilling (invasive), trenching (invasive), Sampling, Analysis, Geological Modelling and Resource Estimation (non-invasive) over a period of an initial period of 3 years. The invasive activities would comprise digging of trenches and drilling of surface boreholes spaced from each other.

The Proponent Zhonghe Resources (Namibia) Development (Pty) Ltd requires the ECC No. 01932 for the EPL No. 3602 issued on the 1 February 2022 and expired on the 1 February 2025 to be renewed with respect to the proposed / ongoing minerals exploration in the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 3602, situated in Swakopmund / Karibib Districts, Erongo Region. The proposed / ongoing minerals exploration activities covers the following: 1. Initial desktop exploration activities (review of existing information and all previous activities in order identify any potential target/s). 2.

The Proponent, Osino Gold Exploration and Mining (Pty) Ltd is applying for the renewal and transfer of Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) No. 00602 granted to Terrace Minerals Exploration (Pty) (Previous Proponent) on 15 April 2020 and expired on the 15 April 2023 and need to be renewed and transferred to the current EPL 5658 holder (Proponent), Osino Gold Exploration and Mining (Pty) Ltd. Within the framework of the EPL 5658 regime, the Proponent is only authorised by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy (MIME) to conduct prospecting, not mining.

The Proponent, Osino Namibia Minerals Exploration (Pty) Ltd is applying for the Renewal of Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) No. 00518 granted on the 29 January 2020 and expired on the 29 January 2023 and need to be renewed for the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 5196 with respect to the ongoing / proposed minerals exploration / prospecting. The EPL holder intend to continue with exploration programme aimed at searching or prospecting for possible economic minerals within the EPL 5196 area with special focus on base and rare metals, precious metals, and precious stones.

The Proponent, Ya Otto Mining and Exploration (Pty) Ltd, require the renewed ECC No. 3877 with respect to the ongoing and proposed minerals exploration in the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) No. 5517, Khorixas District, Kunene Region, West Central Namibia. The Proponent intends continue with exploration activities covering desktop studies, followed by site-specific activities on targets that may be delineated and using exploration techniques / methods such as geophysical surveys, geological mapping, trenching, drilling, bulk sampling, and test mining.

The Proponent, Farpoint Investments (Pty) Ltd, holds minerals exploration rights under the EMP No. 7269 and requires and a renewed ECC No. 00783 with respect to the ongoing and proposed minerals exploration activities focusing on dimension stones. The Proponent intends undertake exploration activities covering desktop studies, followed by site-specific activities on targets that may be delineated and using exploration techniques/ methods such as geophysical surveys, geological mapping, trenching, drilling, bulk sampling, and test mining.
