Abstract:

The ECC application is required for the proposed fuel bunkering operations in Walvis Bay. This is mandated under the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and it regulations of 2012, in order to manage risks such as marine pollution, oil spills, and impacts on sensitive marine habitats.
