Abstract:
The ECC is required to allow these town planning steps: 1. Subdivision of Erf 118 into Portion A and Remainder 2. Subdivision of Erf 120 into Portion B and Remainder 3. Rezoning of Portion A/118 and B/120 from 'lifestyle residential' to 'light industrial' 4. Consolidating the Rezoned Portions A/118 and B/120 with erf 119 into Portion C 5. The consolidated portion remains a light industrial zoned premises, Omaruru, Erongo Region.
