DETAILS OF THE ACTIVITY(S) COVERED BY THE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE: 2.1 Title of the Activity Operations of Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate over Portions 7 to 28 of the Farm Elisenheim No. 68, Windhoek, Khomas Region. Location of Activity Elisenheim Township is situated approximately 8.5 km north of Windhoek, Khomas Region. Coordinates – Latitude: -22.445473° Longitude: 17.081860°. 2.3 Nature of Activity The larger Elisenheim township provides for 22 Extensions of approximately 10,000 erven of different land uses (i.e., business, office, residential, institutional, public open space, private open spaces) to be developed in different phases over time.
