ECC is for the Permanent Closure, Subdivision and Rezoning of a Portion of the Remainder Plaas Hentiesbaai No.125 (A Portion of Kabeljou and Benguela Streets), Henties Bay, Erongo Region. This is required to create an erf for the construction of a new Erongo RED substation in Henties Bay.
