Following a review by the Ministry of Urban and Regional Planning Board, it was observed that the current Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for Kaisosi Extension 10 does not accurately reflect the nature of the submitted application. During the Board's deliberations, concerns were raised regarding whether the current ECC pertains specifically to the provision of municipal services for Extension 10 or whether it comprehensively covers the township establishment process as intended. As a result, the Board recommended that the ECC be amended to reflect "The Proposed Township Establishment of Kaisosi Extension 14" and the provision of municipal infrastructures in order to align with the actual scope of the application submitted by the Town Planning Consultants. Therefore, the amendment to the ECC project title is necessary in order to obtain approval from the Ministry of Urban and Regional Planning Board.
